Calf audio plugin pack

Calf can be obtained in three ways:

Most convenient and safe: installing from a distribution package.
- OpenSUSE 10.3, 11.0 and 11.1: packages by Toni Graffy (oc2pus)
- Ubuntu (NEW): packages by Eric Hedekar (includes versions for Hardy Heron, Intrepid Ibex and Jaunty Jackalope)
By downloading a source tarball and building it - the SourceForge download page is here.
By retrieving the newest (and potentially unstable) version from our Git repository. To get the latest "bleeding edge" version, use this command:
```
git clone http://repo.or.cz/r/calf.git
```

Software requirements:

For all versions:
- glib 2.0
- Expat XML parser
For GUIs (JACK, DSSI, LV2)
- GTK+ headers - 2.8 or newer
- libglade2 headers - 2.4 or newer
For LADSPA plugins:
- LADSPA header or SDK (your Linux distribution should contain one - Ubuntu does!)
For DSSI plugins
- LADSPA header
- DSSI header or SDK (again, should be in a distribution)
For LV2 plugins
- LV2 core package 1.0 (available as package in recent distributions - lv2core in Ubuntu Hardy Heron)
For JACK GUI application (calfjackhost)
- All libraries required by the GUI above (you cannot build a GUI-less JACK client version)
- JACK audio client library (0.105.0 is the minimum version, 0.109.2 is recommended)
- Optional LASH client library 0.53 or newer, for session save/load support

Note: if you find any bug (especially bugs like "doesn't compile" or "crashes") please let me know (preferably by filing a bug in tracker).
